Most nonprofits and small businesses are struggling due to a lack of funds and/or grants and many would function more efficiently, with the established personnel already in place, if for but the knowledge and the strategies to maximize their efforts and organizational policies.  

There are many short-term projects that need the guidance of an experienced and knowledgeable project manager, but many consulting companies are geared and priced for medium to large corporations with matching funding and budgets.  Griffin, by collaborating with caring professionals, is able to keep its own costs low, enabling these same professional services to be offered to other nonprofits at discounted fees.
