Vision Statement:

CFC works with families to help create a state where ALL children and adolescents are valued members of their families, neighborhoods, schools, and communities; where children, adolescents and their families have access to the necessary community-based supports to be successful; and have the training opportunities to be effective agents of change in their communities, Texas and the nation. To achieve these objectives, CFC forges partnerships with young people and their families as well as with agencies, advocacy organizations, elected officials, and public and private service providers.
